Registration opens at 5 pm Central Time, January 25, 2017

We are considering hosting a second retreat in Utah for all those on the wait list. 


Important Information - Please Read
  • Once your registration is complete, reserve your room by calling Hampton Inn at the number provided above. Request the group rate listed under "Scrap Gals Retreat." Group room rate is $119 per night. Early check-in may be available Friday morning. We will have an area for you to store your belongings before and after your hotel stay. 
  • You do not need a Facebook account to register for this event. Registration will be via an online store with a link we will provide here.
  • If you are local, you are not required to stay at the Hampton Inn to attend, however, only Hampton Inn guests can partake of their breakfast or we will be fined. Please notify us after registering if you are local and will not be staying at hotel and we will arrange breakfast for you in the Meeting Room.
  • A free airport shuttle is not available for this hotel but an independent shuttle service is available for $10 per person. There are additional methods of transpiration that we will provide info on after registration is complete. 
  • Specific supply lists for classes will be e-mailed to each attendee in April.
  • A new Facebook group will be made for attendees of this event so we can discuss finding a roommate and share photos from the event. 
  • The cost of this event is entirely non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel, you may sell your spot to someone on the wait list or if we have someone waiting, we will attempt to sell it for you. 
  • All attendees of our Utah event will be required to sign a waiver before entering transportation to our shopping venues. 
  • Due to the size of our meeting space, only registered attendees will be allowed in Meeting Room during event hours. 
  • All attendees must be 16+ years of age. 
  • Registration for our Nashville Retreat in October 2017 will be available mid-February.
